Being an Electrical/Electronics Technician II requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Ensures systems and components meet established specifications. In addition, Electrical/Electronics Technician II typically reports to a supervisor. May require an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty. Being an Electrical/Electronics Technician II has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Working as an Electrical/Electronics Technician II typically requires 3-5 years of related experience, or may have 2 years experience plus an associates degree, or additional training or certification.
