Develops and implements claim servicing policies and procedures, and ensures that team members and subordinate supervisors meet or exceed performance standards for quality and volume. Being an Insurance Claim Service Manager II identifies opportunities for system and workflow improvements and oversees changes in operational processes. Ensures compliance with State Insurance Department regulations. Additionally, Insurance Claim Service Manager II requires a bachelor's degree in a related area.
