The Retail Store Administrative Services Manager is responsible for all payroll, accounting, and other general administrative functions for a retail location. Supervises office and administrative activities to achieve maximum expense control and productivity for a retail store. Being a Retail Store Administrative Services Manager monitors office facilities and tracks retail equipment and supplies. Oversees human resource and personnel functions including employee evaluations and enforcement of company policies. In addition, Retail Store Administrative Services Manager requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Retail Store Administrative Services Manager supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision.
