Runs reports for management and conducts research to aid in the investigation of billing discrepancies and errors. May be responsible for responding to customer inquiries regarding bills. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or supervisor. Works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline.
