The Sales Analysis & Forecasting Manager manages the administration of CRM and other systems. Responsible for managing sales analysis teams, projects, research, and statistical studies to ensure effective sales execution and achievement of growth objectives. Being a Sales Analysis & Forecasting Manager develops reporting and analytics that support planning and forecasting. Analyzes and evaluates sales metrics, goals, and performance. In addition, Sales Analysis & Forecasting Manager may plan and organize training on systems and tools for sales teams. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Sales Analysis & Forecasting Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Working as a Sales Analysis & Forecasting Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.
