The Intermediate Inventory Control Analyst monitors and updates master schedule to reflect inventory turnover, stocking decisions, forecasting, and administrative controls. Controls inventory of goods needed for forecasted sales and scheduled distribution. Being an Intermediate Inventory Control Analyst maintains and updates inventory system. Analyzes inventory levels, production speed, product demand, and shipment schedules to determine reorder levels to ensure product availability and minimize inventory costs. In addition, Intermediate Inventory Control Analyst requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Being an Intermediate Inventory Control Analyst gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
