Job Description

The Manager of Advertising and Brand works with internal groups (ex. Responsible for the development and implementation of the company's advertising strategy through various advertising media. Being a Manager of Advertising and Brand initiates and manages discussions and sales with sponsors and agencies. Sales, Marketing, Product Managers) to develop strategic advertising plan to produce effective promotional material and monitors campaign results. In addition, Manager of Advertising and Brand is responsible for managing the company imaging/branding in all marketing materials including logos, collateral, and media kits. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Manager of Advertising and Brand manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Working as a Manager of Advertising and Brand typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required.
