Oversees the capacity planning function of a plant. Being a Production Metrics and Capacity Analysis Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Lead and direct a capacity planning team. In addition, Production Metrics and Capacity Analysis Supervisor typically reports to a manager. The Production Metrics and Capacity Analysis Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes.
