The Quality Inspection/Control Technician IV inspects materials, parts, and products at different stages of production to ensure compliance with company standards. Performs various quality control inspections, checks, and tests of products during the manufacturing process. Being a Quality Inspection/Control Technician IV identifies, communicates, and assists in the resolution of quality related issues. Compiles, interprets, and records observations of production processes. In addition, Quality Inspection/Control Technician IV may be responsible for making recommendations to improve production process. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to supervisor. Being a Quality Inspection/Control Technician IV has gained full proficiency in a broad range of activities related to the job. Independently performs a wide range of complex duties under general guidance from supervisors.
