Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst IV Salary in the United States

Compiles and analyzes data required for merger, acquisition, and divestiture projects. Performs integrated revenue/expense analysis. Develops projections, reports, and presentations of the impact of a merger/acquisition on the organization. Performs financial forecasting and modeling. Prepares required documentation. Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings. Assists with project management activities.
