Manages the operations of a wastewater treatment plant to ensure compliance with regulatory procedures and reporting practices. Monitors federal, state, and local regulations and environmental guidelines and creates and updates wastewater treatment procedures to adhere to those regulations. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.
