The Nursing Services Associate Director -Skilled Nursing oversees operations in order to maintain standards of patient care. Administers the nursing program in a nursing home in the absence of the Nursing Director. Being a Nursing Services Associate Director -Skilled Nursing assists in the establishment and implementation of policies and develops organizational structure and standards of performance. Advises management, patient care staff and administrators in matters related to nursing service.
