The Print Project and Production Coordinator I prepares estimates and cost analysis reports for internal budget approval. Initiates requests for competitive bids and negotiates with vendors and suppliers to perform print jobs for direct mail, seasonal promotions, sales collateral, and other printed media. Being a Print Project and Production Coordinator I reviews all artwork and copy prior to delivery to printers for accuracy and formats. Coordinates and prioritizes print production schedules and print specifications. In addition, Print Project and Production Coordinator I reviews and approves mock-ups and proofs, performs final quality assurance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Being a Print Project and Production Coordinator I occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Working as a Print Project and Production Coordinator I typically requires 2 -4 years of related experience.
