Job Description

The Oracle ERP Analyst II coordinates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements by understanding workflow, goals, and processes. Analyzes business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Oracle-PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Being an Oracle ERP Analyst II documents business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Acts as liaison between the development teams and business stakeholders to ensure that Oracle-PeopleSoft ERP solutions align with business objectives. In addition, Oracle ERP Analyst II analyzes system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes and Oracle-PeopleSoft module functionality. Generates and monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of Oracle-PeopleSoft applications. Communicates with Oracle-PeopleSoft vendors to troubleshoot and resolve questions or issues. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Being an Oracle ERP Analyst II occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.
