Being a Patent Agent/Attorney III requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and may require admittance to a state bar. Prosecutes violations of organization's registrations and/or patents. In addition, Patent Agent/Attorney III typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Being a Patent Agent/Attorney III work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.
