Patient Relations Manager Salary in the United States

Manages the patient relations function of a healthcare organization to deliver patient liaison services and patient-centric care. Develops materials and optimizes processes to provide information and resources to patients and families. Coaches staff on best practices for responding to patient and family questions, concerns, and issues and to resolve escalated problems. Collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams to make recommendations for improvements to the patient experience. Ensures that all applicable regulations and patient information privacy policies are implemented and followed. Typically requires a bachelor's degree.
