Greets visitors and maintains visitor logs. Completes security procedures such as issuing badges or visitor passes. Performs administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, arranging transportation, receiving and sending mail and packages. Responds to internal and external inquiries. May provide back up for clerical projects or route phone calls. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job.
