Reliability Engineering Sr Manager Salary in the United States

Provides senior leadership and expertise in reliability engineering activities that analyze and evaluate the reliability of products, equipment, components, and processes using engineering methodologies and tools. Aligns people, resources, and methods with the critical objectives for reliability in product design standards and operational goals. Develops capacity for analysis, testing, and measurement that produce effective risk-based failure mitigation plans and actionable proposals for new or revised product designs, manufacturing processes, and testing specifications. Leads and coaches teams in problem-solving, best practices, and process improvement to achieve organizational objectives. May require a master's degree in engineering.
