In addition, Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist II initiates onboarding plan for new hires. Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Being a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist II occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
