Provides customers with preventive maintenance and configuration recommendations to improve product usability, performance, and customer satisfaction. In addition, Technical Client Support Representative III may train or guide lower-level representatives. Possesses a deep understanding of the organization's products and services. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Being a Technical Client Support Representative III works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job.
