Job Description

Responsible for operation of the swab rig, crew, and equipment and for ensuring customer satisfaction with all services rendered. Ensures that all crew are at the swab rig and ready to work at scheduled time. Maintains productivity standards for all rig functions. Maintains a safe working environment and ensures compliance of applicable regulations and policies. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures.
