Change Management Analyst II supports and participates in change management initiatives that enable desired organizational change with positive benefits and minimum disruption of business processes. Participates in change projects that address the organization's need to modify structure or procedures due to mergers, acquisitions, leadership changes, or other organizational disruptions. Being a Change Management Analyst II maintains detailed project plans to define each project phase's timelines, tasks, resources, and dependencies. Develops relationships with stakeholders and a working knowledge of existing business processes to understand the impact of changes and contribute to transition planning. Additionally, Change Management Analyst II coordinates creating and delivering communications, training, or interim support needed during the project. Administers post-implementation surveys and monitoring to collect data, perform analysis and measure the results of changes. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Change Management Analyst II occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.
