Responsible for the completion of long-term IT engineering projects. Being a Technical Project Engineer I reviews reports of computer and peripheral equipment production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine and address problems. Develops, implements, and monitors information systems policies and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance. In addition, Technical Project Engineer I requires a bachelor's degree. May require ongoing training in network/telecom seminars. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Working as a Technical Project Engineer I typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed.
