The Construction Project Planning/Scheduling Specialist IV generates forecasts, variance reports, and other documentation used to monitor and manage projects. Collects and analyzes information used to plan and schedule construction projects. Being a Construction Project Planning/Scheduling Specialist IV develops standards to utilize on all project planning and scheduling. Researches and reports on economic, legal, and other factors that may impact project success. In addition, Construction Project Planning/Scheduling Specialist IV may have budget planning responsibility for the project. Expert with standard planning and scheduling methodologies and tools. Prepares plans and schedules for large and complex projects or multiple projects. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Construction Project Planning/Scheduling Specialist IV is a specialist on complex technical and business matters. Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group.
