The Rig and Crew Supervisor ensures that all crew are at the rig and ready to work at scheduled time. Responsible for operation of the rig, crew, and equipment and for ensuring customer satisfaction with all services rendered. Being a Rig and Crew Supervisor maintains a safe working environment and ensures compliance of applicable regulations and policies. Maintains productivity standards for all rig functions. In addition, Rig and Crew Supervisor may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Rig and Crew Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision.
