The Lead UI Programmer gathers requirements and creates specifications and develops code. Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support a graphical user interface for products and programs. Being a Lead UI Programmer expertise in software like JavaScript, Flash, XML, HTML and CSS. Evaluates and explores new and existing application by involving in usability testing and user research and parsing analysis data. In addition, Lead UI Programmer requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Lead UI Programmer is a specialist on complex technical and business matters. Work is highly independent. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Working as a Lead UI Programmer typically requires 8+ years of related experience.
