Job Description for Licensed Clinical Social Worker New Search   
Interviews clients and their families and coordinates and plans programs and activities to meet their social and emotional needs. Provides psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families. Requires a master's degree in social work, 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area, and a state license to practice clinical social work. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to the head of a unit/department.
